The Opportunity

The university could not meet the number of requests for stationery and print collateral design orders from the campus community. The client’s design and purchasing group had a long backlog of orders, and many departments had found alternative sources that did not follow the university’s branding standards. A university needed help keeping up with order requests for stationery and print collateral.

The Solution

We created an online store with templates that could be adjusted by the various campus departments to suit their needs. Orders were entered directly online which took the load off the design and purchasing departments. As a result, delivery times were reduced from weeks to days.
